Sounds easy yet filling & I 'm sure it's delicious. Saving that recipe. I've tasted some of Kato Banks' dishes and he just seems to know how to mix the right ingredients together to make simple foods spectacular to the taste buds.

This was so delicious! There have been many a times when all I had was eggs and aging celery but somehow the combo just never quite worked in my head. I’m so glad I saw this post and decided to give this recipe a try. I followed the instructions as written with one exception, I matched the measurements of onions to celery. I was tempted to add cheese but I didn’t miss it. The omelette was creamy and decadent on its own. I served it with a side salad and olive oil grilled artisan bread. I just ate and I’m already thinking about tomorrows breakfast but the next time I won’t be sharing!
