For those of you who haven’t seen it yet, I wanted to let you know that Substack recently created a new tool, Notes, that I’m really enjoying. If you take a look, the newsfeed style will feel familiar—it’s very similar to a certain bird-themed platform that I can’t stand to be on anymore—but full of actually interesting comments and commentary from Substack writers I enjoy. The main feed is totally unfiltered (and isn’t cluttered with ads or paid posts), but you can also choose to see only posts from writers you subscribe to.
Notes is a space share links, short posts, quotes, photos, and more. I plan to use it for things that don’t fit in the newsletter, like recommendations for things I’m reading, photos of fun foods I’m inspired by, etc.
Readers can also post notes and replies, so, if you’re interested, come check it out with me! And if you’d rather just keep getting the newsletter in your inbox, that’s totally fine too—you’ll still get all the regular interviews and recipes delivered via email.
Happy reading!
